Plot sizes and prices for 2025/26
Our plots are divided into 4 categories:
Full Rate for plotholders aged 65 and under:
Mini plot – up to 100 sq yds – £65.00
Small – 101-200 sq yds – £81.00
Standard – 201-400 sq yds – £119.00
Large – 401-600 sq yds – £146.00
Reduced rate for plotholders aged over 65:
Mini plot – up to 100 sq yds – £35.00
Small – 101-200 sq yds – £42.00
Standard – 201-400 sq yds – £62.00
Large – 401-600 sq yds – £75.00

The rent period starts on the 1st October each year: however discounts apply for plots taken part way through the year.
Our additional fees are: £40 returnable deposit for the key to the gate and an annual £15 membership fee. The membership fee goes towards the upkeep and maintenance of the site, use of the orchard and picnic area, newsletters, invites to Socials [BBQ’s etc.] and use of our very discounted shop. We also offer members a 35% discount on seed orders [order October, receive before Christmas], and discounted potato and onion orders [order October, receive February].
